45-Minute Session

A 45-minute CBT session focuses on how you think and feel. We'll work together to examine the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, then develop practical tools and strategies you can use immediately in your daily life.

Person-Centered Therapy: Person-centered therapy creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you lead the conversation and explore your feelings at your own pace. I provide empathetic listening and genuine acceptance, helping you discover your own inner wisdom and natural capacity for growth and healing.

CBT Therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and other challenges in your life. Together, we'll develop practical tools and coping strategies you can use immediately to break cycles of unhelpful thinking and create lasting positive change.

Motivational Interviewing: Motivational interviewing is a collaborative approach that helps you explore and resolve your ambivalence about making important life changes. Rather than telling you what to do, I guide you in discovering your own motivations and strengths, empowering you to make decisions that align with your values and goals.

A 60-minute therapy session provides the extended time needed for deeper exploration of your concerns. Longer sessions will allow us to process emotions thoroughly and develop comprehensive solutions tailored to your unique situation.
